Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services and goods supplied by RS AIR CON LTD (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cooling-off and statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK law (for example when buying at a distance or off-premises). Where those rights apply, we will honour them. If you wish to cancel under applicable law, contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.
2. Service bookings and deposits
For scheduled work (installation, maintenance, repairs, surveys, etc.), any deposit or booking fee will be stated in your quote or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the agreed appointment may be refunded in full or credited, depending on what was agreed for that job.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to provide access, may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a reasonable call-out / lost-slot charge.
3. Goods and special orders
Equipment or materials ordered specifically for your project may be non-refundable once ordered from our suppliers. We will tell you before committing if an item is non-returnable. Standard stock items may be returnable subject to restocking fees and the supplier’s terms, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and returned within any period we specify.
4. Work already carried out
Once labour or professional services have been performed, charges for completed work are generally not refundable. If you are dissatisfied, contact us and we will investigate in line with our complaints process and any warranty terms that apply.
5. Refunds (where due)
Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable period (typically within 14 days of agreement, unless a longer period is required by your card issuer or bank).
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Email or call us using the contact details on our website. Please include your name, address, order or invoice reference, and a clear description of your request.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time you place an order or booking unless we notify you otherwise.
